Nursery Manager
Hello – I am the Nursery Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at Little Oaks Children’s Nursery. I have worked in Childcare for the last 11 years, I started my career as an apprentice and during that time I have worked my way up to Management level. I have experience caring for all ages from babies of 3 months to 5 year old pre-schoolers, in different local locations and settings, gaining experience, knowledge and skills along the way. I have been fortunate to attend a lot of training courses over my time in the industry and have achieved a number of specialised childcare qualifications, allowing me to put into practice all the skills I have acquired to provide the best outcomes for the children. It is important to me that I am a role model to all staff and children. I believe that it is my duty to provide the best quality education and care for all the children under my watch and to offer a safe and stimulating learning environment, so that as a team together we nurture each child’s unique qualities and potential.
I am proud to be part of such an amazing team which I regard as my family, I cannot wait to meet you all and together we can build a strong partnership to support your child and your family.

Deputy Manager
I am the Deputy Manager at Little Oaks. I started my career in childcare in 2012 and over the years I have worked my way up the childcare career ladder and have achieved my level 4 in Early Years. My journey at Little Oaks began in Summer 2019, where I was employed as the Pre-school room leader. I enjoyed leading the Pre-school team to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
I returned from maternity leave in January 2021, having been given the opportunity to take on the Deputy Manger role. I love working with Children and I enjoy seeing the children happy as they learn, grow and develop throughout the ages and stages. Also, at the end of their time with us, seeing them off as confident pre-schoolers as they transition to big school. My aim is to best promote and support Jade and the team here to achieve outstanding care and education.
I am also the nursery Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) here at Little Oaks.
